E.R.I.C.A. soc. coop., with registered office in Alba (CN) in Via Santa Margherita 26, with tax code and VAT number 02511250041, as data controller, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, provides the following information.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

E.R.I.C.A. soc. coop. organizes and manages the "World Plogging Championship", hereinafter "WPC", together with A.I.C.A. (International Association for the Environmental Communication).

Your personal data are collected for your registration to the WPC.

Your personal data and the photographic and audiovisual footage of your person (hereinafter "data") may be used for the creation of articles, texts and documentaries that will be disseminated through various media including press and social networks.

METHOD OF THE PROCESSING

Your data will be processed in compliance with current legislation on privacy protection. Such data and recordings will be processed through IT equipment and any other suitable medium.

MANDATORY NATURE OF THE CONSENT

The provision of your personal data is not optional. If you do not provide your data and do not agree to the processing, you cannot participate to the WPC.

COMMUNICATION AND DATA DISSEMINATION

Your data may be published or disseminated, even for commercial purposes, in any form, including websites, mass media, social networks and editorial products.

OWNER AND CONTROLLER OF DATA PROCESSING

The data controller is E.R.I.C.A. soc. coop., with registered office in Alba (CN) in Via Santa Margherita 26, with tax code and VAT number 02511250041. The updated list of data processors and persons in charge of processing is secured at the headquarters of the data controller.

RIGHT OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At any time, you may exercise your rights against the data controller, pursuant to art. 15-22 and 34 of the GDPR.

RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data and photographic and audiovisual footage of your person are stored for a period of time that does not exceed the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (principle of limitation of storage, art. 5 of the GDPR) and/or for the necessary time for legal obligations. Verifications of the obsolescence of data are carried out periodically.
